I think i have an explosive temper?

If I am angry what usually works for me is I tell whoever it is that's getting me mad that I don't like whatever they're doing and how it makes me feel. I learned that tool during a counseling session that I was in and I use it a lot. It's best to talk about your feelings when you are upset rather than keeping them all inside because if you do you might end up reacting in a way that wasn't intended. Hopefully this works for you.
