I download swiftnet time setter for my pc now it asks on complet screen displays asks user id and password i?

i install swiftnet time setter cybercafe for my pc now it blocks pc and displays completly and asks username and password but i dont know which name password i cant do anything in pc because it blocks i want to uninstall or out from this problem help me advance thankyou
