Need help getting revenge on parents for going on a trip!?

My anus hole parents is going on a trip an I half to stay home with a BABY SITTER even though I am 15! I want to get really good revenge on them before they go an I decided I wood get really bad diarhea an have it all over the living room, like squirting it on the floor an the chairs an the coffee table an stuff. But I don't no how to make myself have diarhea. I no I can take laxitives an stuff but if I do that mom an dad will no it was on purpose. Is their somethin I can eat or drink that will make me have like explosive diarhea an mom an dad will never no an I'll get my revenge?
