College volleyball question about height?

I want to play college volleyball I'm a very good player. I mostly play as an setter or an outside hitter. I am really concerned about my height though. I am only 14 years old and 5 foot 4 inches maybe a little taller. I've been told that my final height is going to be between 5 foot 6 inches- 5 foot 8 inches (doctors told me). Does the college coaches look for height or not really?
