Can anyone who has had kids whilst suffering from Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease and Endometriosis help me?

I have Poly cystic Ovarian Disease and Endometriosis, and Im wondering how long I should leave it to start trying for a baby? I also had an abnormal cyst a few years back, which resulted in me losing an ovary and a fallopian tube. I am in my early 20's and at university, engaged to a beautiful man. Can anyone who has had this problem give me some information on how you went about getting pregnant? I dont want to leave it too long and risk not being able to have babies, as we cant afford IVF or anything like that. I really need some guidance on this as I dont know how to proceed. The doctors I have been to are not very good- they havent been helpful and have given me no positive outlook on my future family prospects. Please help!
