Could I get sued for this?

I was over at my friend's house today and I had to poop really bad. I always poop standing up whenever I'm at someone else's house because they might have HIV or AIDS. Anyways, as you might imagine, when you poop standing up you always run the risk of missing, which is exactly what I did. I had explosive diarrhea, so there was no point in even trying to clean it up. To make matters worse, I pooped a little bit on their brand-new rug, which happened to be pretty expensive. Since I live just a couple of blocks away, I decided to break a run for it. He hasn't called or anything yet, so I'm guessing he hasn't found out. But do you think he will? If he does, do you think he could sue me? Please help!!!
