Windows Vista Stuck at Welcome screen?

So recently my laptop got a virus and i used malawarebytes anti-malware to remove the virus and it did but then when i turned my laptop back on all my documents and setters were gone so i made a new user on the laptop restarted it turned it on and it was stuck at the Welcome screen so then i did a system restore and turned it on then i got blue screen in both regular and safe mode so then i started the laptop up with last know good configuration now it just is stuck at the welcome screen and when i try safemode it gets blue screen. Someone PLEASE HELP THANK!
