TV shows similar to LOST?

I'm on the last season of LOST. It has been such an inspirational and engaging show for me, and I don't want to end it! I was wondering if anybody could suggest some shows like LOST (preferably one that is already acouple seasons in). The most important thing for me in a tv show is the characters. thanks:)
