Why is our military mobilizing explosives around the country right now and why is it being kept secret from us?

Don't be so paranoid. Military shipments are always moving about the country. Just because a truck carrying a military shipment is placarded "Explosives" doesn't mean it's actual explosives. All ammunition requires explosive placards (even blanks). It is also that time of the year for Reserve and National Guard Annual Training.
